Sugar Craft Classes
Learn the basics of sugar craft, icing and cake decorating. Classes are currently run from my home in Observatory Cape Town (please email me for the address) Courses offered include: The beginner 8 week course which runs once a week, for 8 weeks and includes piping skills, sugar flowers, working with sugarpaste and chocolate work. Once off workshops include various skills such as decorating cupcakes and biscuits, learning more about sugar flowers and figurine modelling. Beginners welcome!
